AXEN’s published revenue share can create an additional earning opportunity when agents in your eligible network close fee-paying transactions.

Explore revenue share

Five levels. Full-fee Pro/Mega closings: $100 per level; Elite: $200. Payments stop at the producing agent’s cap and depend on that agent’s plan, actual fee, active status and program conditions. No guaranteed income.

Interested in the mortgage side?

That is a separate conversation. Ask about a NEXA Business Development Marketer (BDM) or licensed loan-originator path. Purchase, refinance and HELOC activity may be relevant, but the actual program agreement controls eligibility, the work required and any compensation.

Team leaders with meaningful loan volume concentrated with one lender can also ask whether a separate joint-venture evaluation makes sense. Eric reviews each situation personally; there is no automatic qualification.

Talk through the possibilities →

Joining AXEN does not require you or your clients to use Eric or NEXA for mortgages. Sending a referral alone does not qualify anyone for mortgage compensation.

06 / Before you ask

Straight answers.
All in one place.

What does “100% commission” actually mean?

AXEN does not take a standard percentage brokerage split on your own full-fee sales. You still pay file, admin and platform fees. Company-generated leads, mentorship and any internal team agreement can add separate charges. Compare your complete cost, not just the headline.

What are the Pro and Elite plans?

Pro charges $500 per full-fee sale until a $6,000 annual cap. Elite charges $1,000 until a $12,000 cap and offers additional benefits such as in-person masterminds and potential prior-cap credit. Choose based on the benefits you will use; higher production alone does not make Elite cheaper.

What do I pay after I cap?

The capped file fee stops until your AXEN anniversary. The $295 sale admin fee and your platform fee continue. Other applicable charges and optional services can still apply.

What is the platform fee?

Published options are $50 per month, $500 annually, or $600 from your first closing. If that first closing produces less than $2,500 of commission, special installment rules apply. MLS and board expenses passed through by AXEN are additional.

What does the $295 admin fee cover?

The portal describes transaction coordination, state-broker file review, commission paperwork and payout support. It applies to sales before and after cap. Confirm who pays it in each transaction; it is not automatically a client expense.

What about small sales, leases and referrals?

The portal’s rules effective October 15, 2026 describe a 10% file fee for sales with commission below $2,500, plus $295 admin. Leases and referrals use 10%, capped at $500 Pro or $1,000 Elite, plus $50 admin. File fees count toward the annual cap. Some older AXEN material differs; confirm the agreement before joining.

Do I get a CRM, website and AI tools?

The portal describes Lofty CRM, an IDX website, SkySlope, AXEN email and AI Studio. AI Studio and Grow require a member login. Ask Eric for a walkthrough before joining. Optional paid services and mentorship should be confirmed separately.

Can my spouse and I share a cap?

The published married-couple option combines both licensed spouses’ closings toward one Pro or Elite cap. Both use the same plan, each pays a platform fee, and each has a separate revenue-share position. The shared year follows the lead partner’s anniversary.

Can I bring my team and keep our brand?

Yes, AXEN describes team transitions that retain branding and internal team splits. Qualifying Mega team members have a $3,000 cap at $500 per file. Published eligibility is at least five agents and $50 million annual team volume. The team leader has their own Pro or Elite plan.

How does revenue share work?

Published terms allocate the charged file fee across five levels. A full-fee Pro or Mega closing pays $100 per level; Elite pays $200. Small fees produce smaller amounts. Payments stop when the producing agent caps and resume when applicable fees restart. Active-status and other program terms apply. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Does my buyer have to use Eric or NEXA?

No. Clients choose their service providers. AXEN brokerage recruitment is separate from selecting a mortgage lender. AXEN’s published revenue-share calculation is based on qualifying brokerage file fees, not which lender the buyer uses.

Can I explore mortgage-side opportunities too?

Yes. Ask Eric about a separate NEXA BDM or licensed loan-originator path. Purchases, refinances and HELOCs may be relevant, but compensation depends on the actual role, required work, eligibility and written program terms. Sending a referral alone does not establish compensation eligibility.

What happens to my pending deals and contacts?

Your existing broker must release pending transactions. The portal advertises no AXEN charges on released pendings, but another AXEN guide mentions possible coordination charges. Confirm your transition terms in writing. AXEN says your own contact database remains yours.

Can I get credit for a cap I already paid?

The Elite Reverse Sign-On program may credit eligible cap payments made to your prior brokerage. Proof and an addendum are required. It includes a commitment period and possible repayment if you leave early.

What is the Michigan event?

AXEN Immersion is described as a three-day mastermind in Pontiac, Michigan, covering business growth, marketing, technology and agent collaboration. Request the next available dates and attendance requirements from Eric. This page is an interest invitation, not a confirmed reservation.

Is travel to Michigan covered?

Ask Eric to confirm your eligibility, available dates and exactly what travel, lodging, meals or transportation would be covered. Do not book based on an assumption of reimbursement. No travel benefit is promised here.

Is AXEN available in my state?

Availability depends on the brokerage entity and your state. Tell Eric where you are licensed so he can confirm the applicable broker, board and MLS requirements before you make a move.

Is stock or equity included?

AXEN’s public materials currently conflict on stock benefits. This page does not include stock or equity in the offer or its calculations. Ask for current written terms if this affects your decision.

Does AXEN provide leads?

AXEN’s published materials describe an optional, opt-in company-lead program under a separate addendum. Company-generated leads carry a 25% company-lead charge on closed transactions in addition to the normal file, admin and platform fees, so compare the full cost before opting in. This page does not promise lead volume, exclusivity or availability in your market; confirm the current written terms with AXEN before joining, and ask Eric to walk through how the program is structured.

Am I committing by asking questions?

No. Requesting information or attending a Why AXEN session is a chance to compare your options. Joining involves separate onboarding and brokerage agreements. Read plan and add-on terms before signing.

How Eric benefits. Eric Peterson may receive AXEN recruiting revenue share when eligible agents join AXEN Realty through him and complete qualifying fee-paying transactions. That revenue share is tied to brokerage file fees, not to which lender a buyer uses.

Two separate things. AXEN Realty brokerage affiliation and any NEXA mortgage role (BDM or licensed loan originator) are separate opportunities with separate agreements. Joining AXEN never requires using Eric or NEXA Mortgage, LLC dba NEXA Lending for mortgages. Eric is a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #620962), not a real estate broker or agent.

No promises. No earnings, stock or equity, travel coverage, event seat or client referrals are guaranteed. AXEN fees and program terms can change; your written agreements govern. Information on this page was reviewed October 29, 2026.
